An advocate for Spanish winemaking, she’s visited the country five times to gain first hand experience while immersing herself in the vineyards. For the last six years she has been pouring Jane Ventura wines, a respected winery founded in 1914 in Penedès, Catalonia now owned and operated by the fourth generation––Gerard Jané. Lauren is eager to share the story behind the winery with us this Wednesday.
